Orders ship within 1–2 business days.
Delivery
6–9 business days within the US after dispatch.
International
10–18 business days. Taxes/duties may apply locally.

Tracking your order
You'll get an email with a tracking link within 24 hours of dispatch. You can also check status anytime on our Track Your Order page.
Lost or stuck packages
Carrier scans can be delayed. If your order hasn't moved in 7 business days, email our team with your order number and we'll open a case immediately.
Address mistakes
Reach out within 4 hours of placing your order if you spot a typo. After that, we may already be packing it.
